Rep Phil Olaleye sponsored HB 305, the "Protect the Dream Act", to limit the number of homes large corporations can own. Although the bill did not pass, it was presented it in committee and generated a lot of discussion around housing affordability and the growing problem of corporate investments in our local and state housing market.
