Our Ideas for New Projects

  • Community gardens in food deserts
  • Healthy cooking classes
  • Recycling competitions to educate and promote recycling
  • Sports equipment drive for shelters
  • Writing campaigns to legislators on affordable housing
  • "Reverse" garage sale: people put out what they want but instead of selling it they can donate and people being rehoused can take items they need; can create an online platform for this, too!
